There was no hot water and they had been working on the problem since Friday and nobody told us when we arrived.

The room was crowded. Two beds were shoved into an area that really could only fit one. One bed rested right up against the AC unit. No hot water. There was work being done on this problem since Friday and on Sunday still no hot water. Nobody told us that there was a problem when we checked in.
